Thank you for choosing WellO2 and shop.wello2.com. Before ordering any products, it is recommended to read these terms of delivery carefully. More information about the WellO2 products can be found from www.wello2.com.

Products in this web-shop are sold by Hapella Oy (VAT-numer FI16273556). Hapella retains all rights to change prices of the products and shipping&handling costs.

Please, notice that the product includes instructions and support material only in English, Swedish and Finnish. WellO2 uses 220-240V ~50Hz power supply with schuko type socket (CEE 7/3). Check that your electric system is compatible with these requirements. Hapella shall not be responsible for any damages caused by incompatible power supply or use of plugging adaptors.

Placing an order

The orders are placed on www.shop.wello2.com webstore. All orders placed are followed by an email confirmation to the designated email address that is a mandatory and must be added during the ordering process.

If any errors or mistakes are noticed on the order confirmation, please contact immediately to info@wello2.com for corrections. By placing an order these terms of services are agreed.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit card by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard, Diners Club or JCB
  • PayPal

Please note that your order will be processed only after your payment has been received by Hapella.

 

Taxes and Prices

Products are delivered only to the EU-countries shown in table 1. All prices include VAT 24% according to Finnish legislation.

 

Delivery time and available countries to ship

Delivery time depends on your shipping address and product availability. Deliveries shall be shipped in one shipment. The estimated delivery times (if no backorders are in place) to the designated EU-countries are in table 1.

Backorder Policy

All orders placed at shop.wello2.com will only be shipped when complete. If any of the items ordered are not in stock at the moment of ordering, the whole order shall be handled as backorder and shall be shipped as soon as all items are available. Please, check availability of the items before ordering them.

When an order is unable to be fulfilled there is an option to cancel the order entirely or to receive the goods that can be sourced. All changes to the order status are communicated via email info@wello2.com.

 

Shipping & Handling

The shipping and handling costs are added to the orders. The costs can be seen on the shopping chart after the products have been selected and the shipping address given. The customer is responsible to make sure the correct delivery address is given. Hapella shall not be responsible for items that are undeliverable or returned to the sender for any reason which relate to misinformation on orders.

 

Warranty

WellO2 device has warranty for 24 months, excluding the replaceable hygienic parts which has 3-month warranty. For any inquiries regarding warranty claims, please contact info@wello2.com.

 

Returns and cancellations

WellO2 is a hygienic product. If you brake the seal on the cover, you are not entitled to refund or any compensation by Hapella unless the product is defective and covered by the warranty. If you wish to return the product within 14 days of its purchase, please make sure that the seal on the cover is intact and you have the receipt of order which must be accompanied by the returns. We do not accept returns after 14 days of purchase. Returns are not possible for companies and institutions unless otherwise agreed before placing an order. Problems on delivery
